Hair Extension Care Guide

To keep your extensions soft, silky, and beautiful for as long as possible, proper aftercare is essential. With the correct care, our extensions can last up to 1 year.

 Washing Your Hair:

• Use a sulphate-free, extension-friendly shampoo and conditioner.

• Avoid applying conditioner directly to the bonds, tapes, or attachment points.

• Wash gently and avoid excessive rubbing or tangling.

• Do not wash your hair excessively — only when needed.

•  Brushing: Always use a hair extension-friendly brush.

• Start brushing from the ends and gently work your way up towards the roots.

• Hold your hair near the roots while brushing to avoid putting unnecessary tension on the extensions.

• Brush your hair gently and regularly to help prevent tangling and matting.  

IMPORTANT: BLONDE EXTENSIONS

• Blonde shades require extra care.

• Blonde hair is highly processed to achieve lighter shades, meaning it is naturally more delicate than darker, less-processed shades.

• Because of this, blonde extensions can be more prone to dryness, tangling and matting than natural brown and black shades. If you choose a blonde shade, we strongly recommend

• Brushing your hair gently and regularly.

• Using a good-quality hair mask regularly. Keeping the mid-lengths and ends moisturised. Minimising heat styling. Using heat protection every time you use heated tools. Never sleeping with wet or damp hair.

Taking extra care when washing, drying and styling. Blonde hair requires more maintenance and care to keep it looking its best.  

Heat Styling:

• The less heat, the better!

• Always use heat protection before using straighteners, curling irons or other heated tools. Keep heat on a low to medium setting where possible. Never apply direct heat to bonds, tapes or attachment points.  

• Sleeping: Never sleep with wet or damp hair.

• Gently brush your extensions before bed. Tie your hair into a loose plait or low ponytail to help prevent tangling. A satin or silk pillowcase can help reduce friction.  

• Swimming & Holidays: Chlorine and salt water can cause dryness, tangling, and colour changes. Avoid swimming where possible or protect your hair with a suitable leave-in conditioner.

• Always rinse your hair thoroughly with fresh water after swimming.

• Avoid getting extensions wet in hot tubs where possible.  

• Colouring: We recommend having your extensions professionally coloured only.

• Avoid bleaching or repeatedly colouring the hair, as this can significantly affect its condition and lifespan.

• Any colouring is done at your own risk and may reduce the lifespan of the extensions.  

• Extra Care: Use a leave-in conditioner or suitable hair oil on the mid-lengths and ends to keep the hair moisturised.

• Avoid applying oils or heavy products directly to bonds or tapes.

• Regularly check your extensions and have them maintained by a professional when required.  

• IMPORTANT: Our extensions are 100% human hair, so they require care just like your own hair.

• The lifespan and condition of the hair depends on how it is treated and maintained.

• We cannot guarantee a specific lifespan if the recommended aftercare is not followed

• Once products, heat, colouring or other treatments have been used on the hair, its condition is outside of our control.

• For the best results, treat your extensions gently, minimise heat and keep them moisturised — especially with blonde shades.

  
  

No Refund & Hair Care Policy

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Our hair extensions can last up to 1 year with proper care.

The lifespan of the hair depends on how it is maintained, including the products used, heat applied, washing routine, and general handling. Once the hair has been used, we cannot be held responsible for any changes to the condition, quality or lifespan of the hair caused by products, heat, colouring, washing, incorrect maintenance or general wear and tear.

These factors are outside of our control.  

SHADE CHANGES If you have selected the incorrect shade, a shade change may be available provided the hair is unused, unworn and in its original condition. A £90 shade-change fee applies to cover the cost of shipping the hair back to our supplier in Vietnam. This fee must be paid before the hair is returned and is non-refundable.

Shipping Information  Delivery:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked with photo proof of delivery.

Please allow 10–18 working days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on Royal Mail and busy periods.

Royal Mail Insurance – £15 Optional:

For an additional £15, you can add Royal Mail insurance to your order. If your parcel is lost by Royal Mail, you will be eligible for full compensation/refund through Royal Mail’s insurance. Please note: once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, it is with Royal Mail, and delivery is outside of our control.
